Steps Involved
Step - 01: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Step - 02: In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Step - 03: In another bowl, mix protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Step - 04: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. If too dry, add milk 1 tbsp at a time. Fold in chocolate chips if you like. Step - 05: Scoop 2 tbsp of dough for each cookie. Flatten slightly on the baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
