Ingredients

Unflavored protein powder: 1 scoop
Grated veggies (zucchini, carrot, spinach): 1 cup
Chickpea flour (besan): 1/2 cup
Chopped onions: 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (as needed for batter)
Oil for shallow frying

Substitution

No chickpea flour? Use whole wheat or oat flour
Low-oil? Bake or air-fry instead of pan-frying
